Movie recommendation!!
If you have Netflix, there’s a new movie about a young Polish violin genius who’s evacuated to London before the Holocaust, and until 35 years later.
It’s very moving, very inspiring and very uplifting.
If you have a couple of hours spare during lockdown while we can’t go to Shul, can I suggest you immerse yourself in The Song of Names.

It’s a good film saw it 6 weeks ago. Another Brilliant film is Renaisance. Really Good film about Marcel Maureau thefrench mime artist who was Jewish.. saw the films on a channel called Cinema
Thank you. That was such a beautiful film, and one that I would not have found without your recommendation.
I was so impressed with it. I found it by accident and was surprised to find it had a Jewish theme. I loved the Hebrew, the Yiddish and the various Shul scenes.
I was so moved by the chanting of the names by the Rabbi in the film. Is this a real song in judaism? I would love to know.
